Shipping Policy


I ship every Friday via Royal Mail, 1st class, signed for. I dislike charging a lot for postage but the tracking is essential. I have had a few which have ended up at London sorting offices, not collected and eventually returned to me months and months later with customers asking me what is going on or to track the parcel and then resend. I'm afraid I have to charge again for the cost of re-sending parcels that end up back here and it is best to avoid this scenario because it seems to take months. 

Returns & Exchanges

I can accept returns on any item which is not made to order (sizes 0-3 years) within 7 days of the item being delivered to you. Please send me an email and send back in original condition via tracked post. I can issue a refund within 3-5 days of receiving the jumper as long as it is in perfect condition. Exchanges may be a possibility but it really depends on how many I have left so I wouldn't count on this - if in doubt about sizing, please size up!

I’m so sorry but I can’t accept returns on made to order jumpers. I try to be very clear about sizing and the material. I’ve only ever had one return of an adult jumper and the reason was that they were very sensitive to wool. Please read my post on the wool I use. It’s soft, it gets softer with wear. But if you are literally allergic to any sort of wool, please don’t order one! They aren’t cashmere or merino but many of my jumpers are worn by children with eczema and are fine!
